Web Site Design for NHERA

Norton Hills Recreation Association Inc. (NHERA) is a neighborhood residents' association in West Michigan.

As members of the association, we proposed that a Web site would benefit current residents, potential residents, and the association itself by promoting the area as a great place to live, improving communication among residents, and cutting costs by centralizing document storage and reducing paper mailings.

NHERA's main goals for a Web site were:

• A place to share association news.
• A place to store important documents (bylaws, rules and regulations, etc.) where they would be easily accessible to residents and potential residents.
• E-mail forwarding so that we could have permanent e-mail addresses for association officers.
